Application for membership:  Bellbrook Garden Club

We ask that you –

 Attend (2) club meetings as a guest (meetings are held the 4^th Wednesday of the month usually around noon)

 Submit an application and dues to the membership chair – Carol Bennett (dbenn60279@aol.com)  2211 Shadowood Circle – Bellbrook, Ohio 45305

 DUES $15.00 (make check out to Bellbrook Garden Club)

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

1. Attend (4) meetings annually
2. Dues paid on time
3. Participate in activities of assigned committee
4. Participate in a minimum of (2) garden club projects
5. Failure to complete these requirements may result in forfeiture of membership
